Kathryn is in the process of becoming a certified Trauma Release Exercise (TRE®) provider**. TRE is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The program was developed by Dr. David Bercelli, an international expert in trauma intervention and conflict resolution. Research has found TRE to be particularly effective for combat veterans, survivors of sexual abuse and trauma, and individuals in war-torn, third-world countries. ** Kathryn will include TRE in her offerings as soon as she is officially certified.

Kathryn’s yoga journey began in 2004 as a basic home practice for post-workouts and trauma recovery. Today, she practices and teaches the following types of yoga: Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Neurogenic Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
